New Street Fighter videos with characters released!

Lets get straight to the action. This video is of Ryu’s “Hadouken” move. FileFront brought to my attention that these videos were the first to be released by Capcom after the initial release of the artwork a week or so ago, talked about on gamerpk here.

The Hadouken video features dynamic environment in full 3D. Ryu fights Ken, and there is an awesome combination of moves going off to show us how the game looks like. Although amongst other things that being worked on, the expressions on the fighters need to be dynamic too. That would makes sense when the camera zooms into the fighter’s face.

Shoryuken is a website that follows closely tournaments of these platform games. And on their website they posted the above video of an awesome tournament fight where two renowned players, Justin and Daigo went head to head, with Ken and Chun-Li respectively. Just watch till the end of the video to know what really happens. Hint: Fight 3, health bars, 12 hit parry = ecstasy!

OK, so whoever hasn’t played the SF series hasn’t played anything. This platform hit originated from Capcom cabinets, it then moved over to Nintendo and then eventually all gaming systems. The following is massive, the history is rich. Tournaments are abundant and the anticipation for this installment is huge. SF4 has only been 50% completed but it looks freaking awesome.
