WCG Pakistan 2008: Winners and Demos
Clans and gamers that have won the WCG Pakistan 2008 qualifiers are as follows:

This list was complied with the help of the organizers of the event.
Neomatrix Gaming Cafe hosted the national finals and they have posted an entire gallery of photos from the event. They also uploaded the Counter Strike demos and WarCraft 3 replays from the matches played in the tournament.
The cafe administration paid a special tribute to the volunteering referees and organizers.
It is with this spirit that I think Pakistan will be able to one day become a Electronic Gaming powerhouse. These might be small steps in the gaming world, but a big ones for us in Pakistan.
The results show that gaming is making it’s place all over Pakistan, and it’s not only Karachi and Lahore that duke it out on the national finals. Islamabadi and Rawalpindi people have also shown that they too can claim a stake in representing Pakistan in games other than WarCraft 3.
While Counter Stike 1.6 has been a Karachi’s and Lahore’s forte, WarCraft 3 has always been - by far - dominated by players from Islamabad. Same can be said for Defense of the Ancients (DOTA) but there exist strong forces in Karachi and Lahore. Call of Duty 4 finalists however has been new comers and taken the rest of the country with surprise.

If you are asking about Syed Waleed Bin Nazar (FIFA winner) he is from Immortalz clan of Karachi sponsered by Connect Communications (dodear.com)

UW is not from Rawalpindi, its a local ISB clan. Infact, Metal doesn’t really belong to ISB. They are scattered through all of Pakistan (1 from Lahore, 1 from DG khan, 3 from Pindi, 2 from ISB) .. but they participated from Lahore as a Lahore team.
