Hasbro Signs Monopoly Movie?!

Yes, remember the good old times, when we used to gather around a Monopoly board, and play hours on end. Well, Hasbro and Universal pictures today announced the formation of a six-year strategic partnership to produce movies based on the toy company’s most popular brands. You know what? Just read it yourself. It’s pretty short.

Hasbro Inc. (HAS) and Universal Pictures formed a six-year strategic partnership to produce at least four motion pictures based on brands such as Monopoly, Candy Land, Ouija, Battleship, Magic, the Gathering and Stretch Armstrong.

So, what should we expect? I have no idea… but it better be good, considering that these classics should not be spoiled, with a bad movie attached with their legacy.
Oh, and by the way, Monopoly is now also available on PC! Yep, its pretty cool and retro, with Animated moves and stuff. Though it only boasts a single player mode, it still is a good time killer in office
