WarCraft 3 patch 1.22 Confirmed - Download here!
The highly anticipated patch 1.22 has finally been confirmed by Blizzard’s Battle.net. Read the announcement over at their forums. We already discussed some changes that were proposed and some of which were rumor, here on gamerpk. Some of the changes were insane, some of them were NEEDED! Patch 1.21b was only introduced to remove the CD requirement. It was a ‘no CD’ patch.

How can i get this patch installed…i did updated my w3 from the U.S west srver and then when i restarted my w3 it dosent start it says that my cd is not there i mean it cant find the war3.exe file but the file is there…so how can i get this path to install it myselff???

ya.. i have the same problem, as soon as i try to update to 1.22, my game will not load - it says i need war3.exe and it cannot find my cd.. i have the cd..

contacted blizz a 3rd time… and they say to re-install using their download verison of the game instead of the original cds! http://www.blizzard.com/store, and register…. makes no sense! it’s clearly a patch issue, since it works fine… right up until the patch gets installed.

OMG thank you so much for the fix. I tried contacting Blizzard but to no avail. I’m glad I’m not the only one having this problem.
As a side note, although the fix did resolve the problem with bnet, it somehow broke LAN play. I’ll have to get more details tomorrow since I’m not near the computers.

It looks like we all have the same problem with the war3.exe that cant be found and it is obviously a patch problem cause it works until gia update it..hope blizzard fix this or there is somewhere that i can download the patch

i have found a way to patch without install anything go to

and dl the rar file by select FTP????. and just unrar it to ur warcraft3 folder, and it will be patched. However this is only a temparay solution and remember to make a backup files for the files u replace. And oh yeah its gonna be Chinese :P. good enough for me until the patch come out on the bnet web. You dont need a no cd patch, patch 1.21 made wc3 no-cd for everyone. If it tells you something like “cant find war3.exe please insert game disk” after you upgrade to 1.22, follow Clown’s link above and update your windows files. Worked for me!

I find the solution to 1.22 patch ,,
If you have Fresh War-3 Installed in your PC.
take care
and You have 1.21b patch. it is easy to patch
just click the 1.22 patch and path in your War-3 folder
then install , if you have 1.20 , first you patch it in 1.21b and also copy the No-Cd crack 1.21b . after that you ‘ll able to install to 1.22 patch ..
